Hi Y'all,

My son just loves (tongue in cheek) his 2000 SLK320.

The car's 6 disc CD changer has bit the dust.  "They (the local 
Mercyless Bends Stealership) are wanting $365 for the replacement 
unit.  I found a Pioneer CDX-P680 6-Disc CD Changer that looks like 
it is an exact fit for $119 however I do not know if it is compatible 
with the optical connector in my car."

Any suggestions for him?  Means to verify if it fits and will work in 
his car?  Other compatible units?  Etc?
