[s-cars] Help! Car wont start...

Does sound like classic CPS fault except for not being able to scan the ECU
so the ECU fuse/ground seems well worth checking. I don't believe the ECU
has control over the starter... everything else but I think...

Courtesy of SJM, these are the core ECU pins to check first to confirm it's
getting juice and in turn is switching on the Fuel pump. Should have juice
on #18 & #37 w/ ignition on and #3 when cranking.

Signal Description
3. Fuel Pump Relay signal (output) (E87)
18. ECU Power Supply Terminal 30 (+12V), Fuse #64
37. Voltage Supply (+12V) input with ignition on for all 5 Fuel injectors
(N30-N83), Mass Air Flow Sensor (G70), Evap
