[s-cars] PS pressure hose

Spokane House of Hose has a good track record rebuilding either. The
pump-to-rack hose has a restrictor- the pump-to-bomb (or "J" hose) doesn't.
The only thing critical with redoing the J hose is getting the length as
close as possible to stock- I had a local shop first rebuilt it too short,
and then too long. Those fine thread banjo bolts are hard enough to start on
a good day, but if you're fighting the hose too you're doomed.
