[s-cars] tahr inflation

Temps fluctuate fairly wildly around here from sunrise to heat of day, so if
I get to checking the pressures around mid-day, I set them to 37 all
around.  If I truely get to them early in the morning, I set them about 2
psi above recommended, so about 34. BUT I still tend to corner fairly hard,
so instead of center wearing, I'm just accompensating for shoulder wear.
