[s-cars] Interior Swap questions

Gents (and ladies if any are present)

I am in process of pulling parts from the now retired 93 urS4 in preparation for the cosmetic upgrades that will be added to the new (to me) S-car.

As the newer car is a 95.5 with wooden panels, and I have the Carbon Fibre interior panels in the 93, I'd like to swap them.... but don't want to break them. Anyone have a link or advice on how to pull them out of the donor car?
