[s-cars] 1.8T coil woes (ron kirkham)

Just get some 2.0t coils I had a similar experience to you with the 1.8 variety and I bought eight 2.0t coils about 25k ago with three backups and have yet to use one. Best part is the car has never run better. The coils I used are actual VAG coils not aftermarket FYI. Even better no modification necessary to fit them so if you do need one just stop get one and pop it in and you're off.
