I'm also looking for some tires soon, and they are big 18" shoes that could cost some serious money. As this car tends to be more of a GT car in my case I've been eyeballing in the $160-$175 range for:

Summer Only - Hankook Ventus V12 ($160-ish)

All Season - Continental Extreme Contact DWS ($175-ish)

I have had the older version of the Conti's on the car and we've been really pleased with them. These tires are currently on back order, I guess they must be popular. FWIW they ranked #1 in the TR surveys, but as we all know your going to find people who hate something that others love.

That lower valence is low as Scott points out (the alternator is way down low there). Da wife somehow "lost" one of the grills for one of the fog lights. That stupid thing was about 100 bucks from the local dealer. 
Per the QW forum, I've got mine zip tied so if they do come loose from my better halfs antics they wont go far.

And of course, the car is aluminum, so any body work is going to be extra dough.

There is a particularly strong magnet on the accelerator that somehow seems to constantly pull at the drivers foot. I wish that magnet would break already in my car, I'd probably not bother to fix it.
