[s-cars] Thanksgiving Misadventure

Even that is not written in stone. I've had cars towed I was not with, 
have had tows done when I did not have my card on me, have had cars 
towed with no plates or dealer plates, etc. $20 to the driver takes care 
of a lot of potential issues!
