[s-cars] Memory Test: The Joe Hoppen/MTM 103 Octane ECU

I has been awhile, e.g. early 2000's, but during the period that Kent Anderson did the GB with 
Hoppen on MTM software, Hoppen was also doing "103 Octane" software, presumably also MTM
 (but not part of the GB).  This required full RS2 hardware (not sure about the exhaust cam) and I
 presume some source of "103" octane fuel.  Anybody remember any details or documentation as to
 hp/torque that was associated with that s/w and hardware combo?

(Asking on behalf of the new owner of a 94 UrS4 that had the full, no-expense spared, Hoppen
 Motorsports RS2 plus treatment - fully documented at that)
