Agreed I had the speedo-stroke effect at first but just go away after a while... AFAICT they are def drawing less current tho, the whole system is much "stiffer" (yeah jokesters ha ha srsly it's a power supply word) and I maintain nice high volts on the meter and no dimming when I turn things on etc. I consider 35W draw AND much brighter to be the ideal win-win...
