I suppose that I should add that I'm running the 55w kit, not the 35w, which might explain the extra drop in rpms?  That doesn't seem like enough wattage to cause a drop in rpms however.  That being said, the volts(checked using the radar detector voltmeter feature) drop ~.1-.2 volts when the low beams are on and ~.2-.4 volts with the high beams on.  That seems good to me...
