[s-cars] Cat back flanges

One solution I haven't see mentioned (and the one I used) is to get a
new flange (the weld on kind) cut it in two, slip it around the pipe
in question, and weld it back together. It works great, and if you can
MIG weld, it's pretty easy. Any exhaust shop or welding shop should be
able to handle this with no trouble at all.
