[s-cars] Cat back flanges

The other thing I've done (on my S6) is to just replace the missing
material on the flange by welding. A bit laborious, but I had time,
and no one local had a flange that was close enough to cut apart and
use. Those flanges on the S6 are pretty beefy. It's astounding the
amount of metal that had to rust away before they failed.
