[s-cars] MAF to turbo hose

I checked with two dealers on the way to Seattle today - one in Spokane
($380) and one in Seattle ($300). There are none in stock or on the west
coast.

I managed to get the car to Seattle and plan to head back on Sunday -
short trip!

The hose split further on the way out, making the car tough to idle and a
real PITA in stop and go traffic.

I got some Rescue Tape and will try to do a repair tonight after the
engine cools off a bit.

Thanks!!
