I can confirm the same, Don has not winter driven the car, he's too fanatical to do that. Don's an enthusiast, and participated at S-Fest a number of times. I know Don personally, he won't steer you wrong. He hasn't owned the car long, it was his dream car, but decide to stick with the UrS4. 

Don let me try it (he's cool that way), it's a dream car for sure! Well sorted, the car has lots of snot, and drives like new.

Yeah Don the seller is well known in the community and good guy.

It really wasn't driven in winter under his watch although he didn't have it long, the driveway snow pic notwithstanding.

No we can't have it in the US legally - practically impossible is the correct answer.
