[s-cars] AAN valve cover questions

1. B/c by yanking purely by hand, even using the breathers, it won't budge or even make a sound. Perhaps they didn't (although I suspect it is possible with the stripped bolt hole), but either case I can't get it to budge and can't find a safe place for a "helper".

2. No biggie.

Is it safe to buy a new insert and use the installation tool (anyone got one to lend?) or do I need to go through the whole process from the beginning?
