[s-cars] Bilsteins

I've run multiple sets of both over 5 or 6 S-cars now. I think Bilsteins
are generally better made from my experiences with other cars, but I've had
problems with the inverted design fronts used on the S-cars- if the chrome
on the piston fails, the strut is trash, and that's not uncommon. I also
don't think their stock valving is very well matched to the C4- they tend
to crash over sharp impacts, and float over rises. I've had them custom
valved to eliminate the floatiness, but they still tend to thud over
expansion joints, etc.

Overall, I've been happier with Konis adjusted about 3/5 hard. Better ride
than the Bilsteins, and no float.
