Cody,
I usually try to make the April & November VIR events for the Potomac Chesapeake Chapter (PCC) of the Audi Club, so if you are there this November (10 & 11th) I'll be sure to stop by and say hello.
I don't know the guy in the 20V Turbo CQ, he was there pretty regularly but then I didn't see that car for a while. This was the first time I'd seen it back there in about a year or so I think.
The April VIR event is usually pretty lightly attended due to it being during the work week. This is the first time they've ever canceled the first evening banquet since I've been attending (I imagine because not enough people signed up to pay for the food), I've been going to these for about 8 years and only missed this past Novembers event due to a cracked head (in the car, not atop my shoulders, although me wife may have a different opinion), the upside of course is less traffic! The November PCC event at VIR is on a weekend and it is usually packed, there are a handful of old Audi iron that attend (a urS sedan or 2, a 4000 or 2, and a 5000 track car).
Didn't want to hold anyone up, so many 911's and Corvettes I got used to sticking my finger out there. It was good to see another actual Audi on track at the ACNA event.
I'm running Toyo RA-1's on Ms Piggy, how would those new BFG's compare?
If any of your tire vendors want to unload a set of tires to "test" I'd be happy to offer my services (255-40-17's) !!!
Regards,
Manny

I too kept meaning to say hi buy was pretty occupied as I was instructing and dealing with the two cars etc. I think I only got out in your session once, that Avant looked fun on the track and I would have gladly followed for longer but you have the point do I took it ;-).
