[s-cars] Hatch stuck closed on UrS4 Avant

Duncan:
sounds like the roller pin on the inside of the handle has slipped/fallen out.
If you can get into the hatch area, you may be able to open the hatch using the inside handle (if the child lock isnt engaged)

You will likely have to remove the inner trim and the rear window wiper motor to access the roller pin.
You may also have to replace the handle assembly if the pot metal has broken.
