[s-cars] S4 door mouldings

You can source a set of used A6 mid-door trims and modify them to fit the
100/S4 body, and paint them semi-gloss black. The wider A6 trims are all
plastic so they'll never rot out. However, they have 2 tabs instead of the
single on on the earlier trims, so one has to be cut off.. You can also JB
Weld on nuts in the 100/S4 locations so that you can secure them fore and
aft.

A few people have done it, some going the additional step to have the
bumpers painted all body color along with the trims so it looks more like
an S6.
