The use of Toluene as an octane booster was discussed extensively in the past.  Charlie Smith (RIP) 
documented the formulae, etc. on his website.  His estate seems have deleted access to Charlie's

Prices are obviously old.  

Personally, I once bought an 18L (5 US gal) pail once from a paint supply store.  Added 9L to 71 L
 of Chevron 94 to help tame the nasty pinging induced by WOT with Uncle Bob P's homebrew RS2
 software.  Worked but would be an expensive way to go on day to day basis.

Second 9L and 71 L of 94 was used to get 289 whp from MRC Stage 3 s/w on full RS2 hardware.

Some UrS people use Torco octane boosters with good results.  I believe there is a dealer or dealer
