[s-cars] Valve cover leak causing boost drop?

Hi all,

I was just able to get a minute with the proper tools to pressure test for vacuum leaks......I've noticed a little oit leaking down the back of the engine before, but not enough to need to add any between oil changes.....I now can clearly hear air escaping past one of the half moons at the VC gasket under 10 lbs. of pressure......question is, is this enough to be causing my boost levels to drop and "lean out" at higher loads?  All hoses are solid under that pressure.

Car has 140K on it, original gasket afaik.  Thanks for any info!
