[s-cars] Replacing rear brake pads - how do I compress the piston?

Yes, they must be screwed back in to the caliper. This is best accomplished with the tool designed for the job (can be found at Harbor Freight), but since you are there you can use a c-clamp and some pliers to screw them back in.
