Stephen,
Audi uses a white grease, so the white lithium grease in the spray can  
should be fine if the lock cylinder is cleaned up with some solvent.   
The trunk lock is not too difficult to access and remove for a good  
cleaning.  The door locks are more difficult to get to for a thorough  
cleaning.  Some thin lubricant with solvent properties, such as ATF or  
PS fluid can do a fair job if you can get it into the tumbler area.   
Sometimes, the spray solvents with the plastic straw do this best if  
you are trying to clean them in place.  If you take them apart, don't  
lose or mix-up the pins.  : )
