[s-cars] Non S-car start problem

Switch or Starter (or starter relay) seems unlikely if it turns over....

1.  Test with ether...if it runs you have spark and low fuel 
pressure/bad pump/regulator etc.  If no run on ether likely 
spark/sensor/ECU etc.
2.  Check the fuel pressure with a gauge
3.  Check for codes,  93 should be able to be checked with blinking CEL 
I believe.
