[s-cars] Non S-car start problem

I second Peter's suggestions.  Jumping it may help if it is a fuel issue
that needs faster  longer cranking than an over stressed battery could
provide, but these ECU's are 5v circuits, plus there's a load reduction
relay to help there when key cranking.

Also, something funny happened recently. Someone told me their car was
"turning over" but not "firing". Well after I arrived on scene to diagnose,
after taking it for granted they knew what they were saying,,, their
version of "turning over" was the key turning over in the tumbler, HAH!
Thankfully we got it pop started and a starter later was good to go...**
