Nothing authoritative here....  I saw Scott a year or so ago and amid the 
small talk he mentioned that the Audi parts business was becoming more and 
more a sideline compared to his regular day job.  He has been one of our 
great resources and has been a great help to me personally.  I really 
appreciated him.
