[s-cars] Concert II In '95.5 S6 Avant

I wouldn't bother with a Concert II. The typical mod is the Concert I, which is well documented and doesn't require the CAN bus adapter. There are commercial iPod/iPhone adapters that are P&P with the Concert I. I just bought a stereo Bluetooth adapter that I am going to wire into the CD changer connections of the Delta CC or Concert I- that should give me both wireless music and phone hands free.
