If the bumper on Quattroworld is already gone, you can also try 
http://www.car-part.com/ which is a searchable database of most used parts 
available from junk yards in North America (most US, some Canada/Mexico 
too). Used S6 bumper skin are hard to find but a S4 bumper skin with a new 
coat of paint will look almost the same BTDT (and it looks way better than 
having the insurance totalling the car because no bumper skin is available 
;-)
