[s-cars] Adding Freon to 1995 UrS6

I think the right way to do it is to hook it up a machine, evacuate it, 
and refill it with the correct amount of freezant(R), along with some 
dye so the leak(s) can be found later.

There's no other way to make sure it has the right amount of freezant(R) 
in it.
