[s-cars] No Heat

	Just a quick followup to my no heat issue. I pulled the plenum cover, 
tracked down the heater control servo, pulled out the connector to check 
the connection, and, whoa, what is this?  The outside insulation was 
totally worn away, as was much of the insulation on the individual wires 
inside.  Someone must have gotten in there and had a little feast.

	I cut back the insulation, wrapped each individual wire in electrical 
tape, wrapped the whole thing up, and presto, temperature control.  The 
wire must have been shorting out against each other.

	Happy it was an easy, quick fix!
