[s-cars] I'm broke but my car is filthy rich

How do you test the FPR?  My car is running rich too (O2 sensor already replaced and no codes).  I didn't find any vacuum leaks and the car doesn't idle roughly.  I tested the FPR with a vacuum pump and it held vacuum fine, with no signs of fuel in the vacuum line.  Do I rule out the FPR?
