[s-cars] Spark plug preference at the moment?

Hey guys, 

Thought I'd spice things up with a spirited spark plug debate!  I've got a bit over 10K miles on my current NGK plugs (the Dave Dawson recommended model, I forget the #) and I think that could be contributing to my "fade out" at higher rpm's, so figured I'd start there fresh and continue on my diagnostic quest.  So, what are people having good luck with these days?  It's a '95 urS6 avant with a stage one chip......no other mods.

Out of curiosity, what kind of "mileage" is recommended for regular spark plug maintenance on these cars? I feel like I replace them more often than other boosted and non-boosted Audis I've had.
