[s-cars] Servotronic relay/control module

It seems like 70-80% of the S-heads are not using theirs and have no 
intention to do so... I bet you can get a donation from somebody (I keep 
mine in actually since the S-car is the DD beater for easier parking lot 
manuvering and fewer complaints on the rare times when the wife jumps 
behind the wheel...)
