Uh neither

 I just replaced thie heater core and fan in my avant.  Based on my experience and lf others, i recommend paying the premium for an oem fan ...otherwise the squeel will return within 12 mos.

To tell whether its the blower or sensor, next time you hear it, manually adjust the fan speed.
To r and r, you will need to remove the cowl, wiper linkage, etc to get at the airbox,,,pretty muchi the same as the 200...
