You can buy one and have it shaved. Or, at 7/32, replace both. Doesn't make sense to take so much off a new tire.
Tire Rack shaved a tire for me once when I was in this situation. Worked out fine.
I think you will be okay with the difference front to rear, perhaps someone else know the f/r tolerance.
