If Doug is just talking about the black molded plastic housing, yes, they
are the same.  I just rebuilt a euro light with broken mounting tabs with a
good US light a month or so ago.

Steve is right on the reflector, though, be very careful with that.  I
"cleaned" mine with windex, and it took some of the chrome off the plastic.
