[s-cars] PSA: Clean Your Plenum drain

I don't remember seeing this but my '95 S6 has the little rubber drains
removed and I haven't had a problem with them. Thanks for the reminder
though guys, I need to get in there and clean out the plenum!

I believe Audi recommends removing the drain completely ..... anyone else
