[s-cars] Auxilliary Air Regulator -- 1981 VW Vanagon

Assuming this is for idle control... all of the Type 44 (5000/200) have 
them, would expect any MC motor does.  Do take small 12V battery to test 
units with at the wrecking yard... lots of them go bad!
