Even though I was only in Colorado for about 8 hours (most of it spent in
Dave Jones shop)
I'd also recommend him and his shop.
Each and every question I had for him he answered.
I just wish I lived a little closer, and he would be the shop of choice for
me!

With a new to me 95.5 S6A, sourced by Hap Maguire and previously wrenched by
Dave Jones.

There is no one better with these cars than Dave Jones of S-line Motorsport,
303-601-2896, plus he is very reasonable. As for tires, the subject of your
other missive, I would check with Gary Bergman of Meadow Creek Tire in
Silverthorne, 970-668-5686.
Hap, wit dakine info not from Evahboost, Maguire

has gotten away from me and winter is here. I live in the mountains of
Colorado and the area mechanics charge a ton of money, and don't have the
familiarity with the AAN motor that I'd like. I had a line on someone in
Summit County that wrenched on older Audis, but he is no longer doing it.
Looking for a shade tree mechanic within a couple hours drive that knows
these cars and can do a timing belt for reasonable money, correctly. I just
don't trust the idiots around here, and I need it done before Xmas....any
suggestions are appreciated!
