You should feel lucky if that is the only result from fooling around
with a weak battery. Many problems that result from that behavior are
more significant. Probably locking and unlocking the car with the
remote will re-sync things but as for the actual cause I don't really
know. Just knowing to avoid the issue is enough for me.
