There are usually a bunch of "Audi flap motor"s on eBay for sub $30USD.
Iirc you can access them by loosening the center console and moving it back a bit.  One on left and one on the right side of the console.  Pay attention reattaching the console sides as there are notches, flaps and secret screws to put back to get it back in place perfectly.
Theres also one for the big yellow flap that controls fresh air up under the plenum.
