I had a similar problem a few months back.  I followed every rule with a 
vengance; no luck.  I copied the submission text to an email, opened it 
at home and posted my ad from there.  Worked like a charm!  My e-mail 
from home goes through a different internet provider, although the 
e-mail address is the same.
