[s-cars] Sputter, No Boost, Stall, No Start.....New Battery and now No Check Engine Light.....

I had an issue with the coil wires as they exited the coil cover. They dried out and cracked. At night you could see some of them arching to the engine. Repairing the wires corrected the stumbling, but it never blew a fuse at the ecu.

Wouldn't it be more likely a bad coil being intermittent and then
failing, blowing the fuse?
There is no arcing when it comes to the low voltage side of the coil.
For a chaffed wire to draw any current, bare wire must be touching the
valve cover.

I did notice that my CEL does not illuminate at all.....I've pulled codes as recently as a few months ago, and it came on during a stumble within the last month. I want to say it was on when I stalled a couple days ago, along with all the other lights. It's possible it could have gone out, but wanted to see if no CEL is indicative of something else.
