Anybody know what caliper and rotor matches the S1-A4 BIRA design?

I have a pair of these brackets and am wondering...

It looks like they will work with Boxster S calipers and a 314 x 30 rotor, perhaps even a 322.

Also, can anyone confirm which rotor goes with the S2-A4 system? Boxster S caliper. 

And finally, a friend just bought a MKV GTI and want to upgrade brakes. Any BTDT?
