I have that combination of rotor/caliper under Avus 16 x 7.5 (six spoke) wheels for the winter. It's frighteningly close radially (rim barrel/caliper body...about a couple of credit card thickness' clearance) but it does work, however I am using ECS brackets instead of BIRA. So, your results may vary, but it's possible.
