Windshield glass is made all over the world, so it's hard to judge quality without a controlled test. PPG is made in Pittsburg DOT 18, Ontario DOT 19, and France DOT 43. The DOT 459 they offered you is made by FUJIAN YANHUA GLASS INDUSTRY, CO., LTD, located in HONGLU TOWN in the Chinese province of FUJIAN. Sekurit is made in Germany DOT 679 or 27, Italy DOT 37, France DOT 39, Korea DOT 184, Mexico DOT 615, Czech Republic DOT 617, Thailand DOT 654, or Poland DOT 618 or 692. I'd go with the installer, since his work is probably at least as important as the quality of the glass. I had my S4 Glass replaced a couple of years ago, and I got Sigla, DOT 347, which is make in Austria. It seems fine.
