[s-cars] disable warning buzzer

Thanks Darin- that's what I was hoping to hear from someone.  I assume that
you found nothing wrong with any of the sensors that would trigger the
alarm.

The warning relay failed on mine in the same fashion years ago. I unplugged
it until I got a replacement and it's been fine since.
