Euro bumpers are bolt on assuming you have all the parts. However, none of
the mounting parts interchange (side brackets or bumper mounts), 100/S4 and
A6/S6 are different, and you may need to drill out some new holes in the
trunk- my 95.5 S6 only had 2 of the 4 required mounting points drilled from
the factory.

Besides the rear bumper, you'll need 4 brackets- the left and right side
mounts are mirror images of one another, but the bumper to body shell
mounts are identical. This is true for both the front and rear.

I just got a set of Euro bumpers repainted to go on my 97 S6, and I'm going
to do a complete writeup on QuattroWorld, probably some time next week.
