I did some research on this several years ago.  The urq compressor is a special model (mini-York, but larger capacity).  Most retailers incorrectly list the urq with the same full-size York as the CGT and 4KQ.  I even spoke to someone at York about rebuild kits, and the guy said it would have to be a custom run and likely expensive.  Maybe the situation has changed since then?

The adapter brackets for more efficient rotary compressors are pretty common, thanks to the use of a different mini-York on old 911 models.  You just have to get a compressor with enough clearance for the condenser at the back (hose connections on the top/side instead of back).  ISTR that some in the past have gotten everything they need from the Polar Bear place in Florida http://www.polarbearinc.com , so maybe they have knowledge of what works on this car.
